Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality, actionable, and value-packed online coaching experiences through our Live Masterclasses and digital content. However, we understand that not every teaching style suits every learner. To build trust and fairness, we offer the following transparent refund and cancellation policy:

100% Satisfaction-Based Refund (After Day 1 of Masterclass)

We offer a 100% refund if you find our teaching style or delivery is not suitable for your learning needs — no questions asked.

Refund Conditions:

  • You must attend Day 1 of the Live Masterclass.

  • You must email us a refund request within 48 hours after Day 1 ends at:
    contact@nishantpatel.in

  • Refund requests received after Day 2 or after full completion of the program will not be accepted.

  • This policy applies only to first-time buyers of the program. Repeat buyers or previous refund seekers will not be eligible again.

Note:
We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests made in bad faith or if there's evidence of misuse.

No Refunds in These Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You fail to attend any sessions and do not request a refund withing 48 hours of completion of Live Session Day 1

  • You attend more than one day/session of the program

  • You change your mind after accessing all or majority of the program content

  • You experience technical issues on your end (unstable internet, device issues, etc.)

  • You breach our terms of conduct, including sharing access or disrupting sessions

We also do not issue partial refunds.

Rescheduling & Cancellation by Organizer

We strive to maintain our schedule as committed. However, we reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any live sessions due to:

  • Technical issues

  • Health emergencies

  • Low enrollment

  • Other unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, we will:

  • Inform you via registered email.

  • Provide rescheduled dates or full refund (if the session is entirely canceled)

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@nishantpatel.in with:

    • Full Name

    • Email used during registration

    • Payment screenshot (or reference ID)

    • Short reason for refund (optional, for feedback)

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

 

Important Notes

  • Our refund policy is designed to protect genuine learners while preventing abuse of our live content.

  • Once a refund is issued, your access to all resources, recordings, bonus materials, and private communities will be revoked.

  • If you’ve received any physical bonuses (if applicable), return instructions will be provided.

 

Applicable to All Paid Products

This policy applies to:

  • Live Masterclasses

  • Group Coaching Programs

  • Bootcamps

  • Digital Downloads or Bonus Materials (if bundled with the program)

Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
