Welcome to my website (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website www.nishantpatel.in and all services provided through it, including participation in live webinars, coaching programs, masterclasses, and access to associated digital resources.

By registering for our services or accessing any content on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Services Overview

We offer educational and coaching services aimed at helping individuals learn how to create, grow, and monetize YouTube channels. Our offerings may include:

Live Masterclass sessions (multi-day webinars)
Discussion and Q&A sessions
Bonus materials, scripts, checklists, and private community access

These services are delivered online and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

Eligibility & User Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to participate.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share, resell, or provide access to our programs to third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by us—including but not limited to videos, slides, branding materials, templates, scripts, workbooks, and live recordings—is the intellectual property of Nishant Patel and is protected under Indian copyright laws.

You may not:

Record, download, or redistribute our live sessions without written consent.
Sell, repackage, or publish any of our content elsewhere.
Use our brand name, testimonials, or content in your marketing without permission.

Violations may lead to immediate legal action and removal from the program without refund.

Payments & Refund Policy

A. Pricing & Payment

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payment via trusted third-party payment processors such as Razorpay, Instamojo, or UPI platforms.
Access to the Masterclass or other services is granted only after successful payment.

B. Refund Policy

We believe in the value of our coaching, but we understand that learning styles differ.

We offer a 100% refund if:

You attend Day 1 of the Live Masterclass
You find the teaching style not suitable to your learning needs
You email us a refund request within 24 hours after Day 1 ends at: contact@nishantpatel.in

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

You must have attended Day 1 live or at least viewed the Day 1 recording in full.
Refund requests will not be accepted after Day 2 or after completion of the program.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or partial attendance unless the request is made as above.

This policy is intended to keep the process fair and prevent misuse while giving genuine learners a chance to evaluate.

Live Access, Replays & Technical Requirements

Once registered, you will receive joining details via email within 24 hours.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A device with Zoom or the relevant platform installed
Recordings will be available for a limited period of 3 months after completion of live classes. You are not allowed to record or redistribute them, doing so will attract legal action from our side.

No Guarantees & Educational Purpose Only

Our content is based on real-world experience, best practices, and up-to-date information. However:

We do not guarantee specific results like number of subscribers, income, brand deals, or viral growth.
Results vary by effort, niche, creativity, and market behavior.
The training is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional business or legal advice.

Code of Conduct

We aim to create a safe, respectful, and growth-driven environment.

Participants are expected to:

Respect the trainer, co-learners, and support staff
Avoid offensive, abusive, or distracting behavior in live sessions or chat boxes
Avoid spam or self-promotion in group forums or webinars

Failure to follow this may result in immediate removal without refund.

Updates & Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the law, our services, or operational needs. You will be notified via email or website updates if significant changes are made.

Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
